Our Story

About Resume.win

We built Resume.win because job searching shouldn't feel like a second unpaid job — it should feel focused, informed, and winnable.

Our Mission

Resume.win started with a frustration we all know: spreadsheets that break, follow-ups that slip, and resumes that never feel quite right.

Today the spine is Apply Kit: finish one tailored application per job, share a pack, and log what actually replied — so you walk into interviews knowing which version earned the screen.

Outcome-Obsessed

Every feature exists to help you move from application to offer — faster, calmer, and with fewer dead ends.

Built With Job Seekers

We design alongside real searches: messy pipelines, tight deadlines, and the pressure to stand out.

AI That Earns Trust

Smart suggestions you can verify and edit — never black-box magic that replaces your judgment.

Privacy You Can Count On

Your resumes, contacts, and interview notes stay protected with clear policies and secure infrastructure.

Just launched — built for the apply loop

Resume.win is in founding cohort. We lead with what you get, not vanity counters.

What we actually ship

One Apply Kit loop per job — not a suite of disconnected tools.

Apply Kit

Paste a live job description, tailor the resume, check ATS fit, write a cover from that same JD, and mark Applied. One finished loop, not a pile of drafts.

Outcomes after Applied

The job tracker holds the version you sent, follow-up dates, and whether you got a reply, a screen, an offer, or silence. We do not invent interview rates.

Interview Pro on that JD

Mock the posting you already applied to — after a finished kit. Practice is the paid upgrade. It is not a generic question bank.

Apply Packs for humans

Share the exact kit with a coach, career center, or referral. They review what you submitted, not a leftover PDF from last month.

Who you are trusting

A real company, a real inbox, and published policies — not an anonymous AI wrapper.

Operated by Wackywow.com LLC, doing business as Resume.win. Resume.win, Attn: Legal, United States.

Why this company exists

Resume.win exists because a job search turns into five tabs and a spreadsheet that lies. People tailor a resume, forget which file they sent, skip the cover, and never write down whether anyone replied. We built one loop for that mess: paste a job description, finish Apply Kit, share a pack if a human needs the exact version, and log the outcome.

We are not a recruiting agency. We do not represent candidates to employers. We do not list openings. You bring a posting from LinkedIn, Indeed, or a careers page. The product is the application you finish and the record of what happened after you marked Applied.

The company is small on purpose. The homepage is a brand hub for Apply Kit. Role pages, tools, and guides each own one intent. We will not restuff the home title with every keyword we wish we ranked for. Searchers who want an ATS checker, a tracker, or a cover letter from a live JD should land on those URLs.

Founding cohort means we tell the truth about volume. We do not pad “interviews landed” counters. One full Apply Kit is free, no credit card. Extra kits come from referrals when a friend finishes their first kit, or from a paid plan.

What Resume.win refuses to be

We refuse to be a job board. Inventory stays “bring your JD.” Discover and match tools still start from a posting you already found or a public sample feed — they are not a marketplace of requisitions we sold to you.

We refuse to be a template zoo. A cover letter generator that dumps reusable openers trains you to ignore the posting. Ours lives inside Apply Kit and writes from the same JD as the resume. Skip the letter when the employer forbids it. Finish the kit anyway.

We refuse to promise interviews. ATS fit, a matcher score, and a mock are preparation. Screens belong to the employer. The proof page stays a measurement contract until there are enough finished kits and logged outcomes. Hidden totals are more honest than a trophy wall.

We refuse to treat career centers, coaches, or the Chrome extension as resume-builder landings. Those pages exist for workshops, client review, and JD capture. Rank them for that intent. The builder has its own URL.

How we treat proof and people

Proof is a logged outcome on a resume version you actually sent. Reply, screen, offer, or silence. Two versions can be compared in a private dashboard when each has enough applications. Public numbers wait for permission and volume — about twenty-five kits and ten outcomes before aggregates appear.

Career data is yours. Export or delete from settings. We do not sell job-seeker files to employers. Processors for payments, email, hosting, and AI sit under contract. The trust center, privacy policy, and DPA are the legal surface. This page is the company story.

If you are a job seeker, start with one live posting and the free kit. If you coach, read the coaches page and share Apply Packs. If you run a career center, use a cohort link. If you only wanted a blog of thin tips, the guides hub is intentionally short: methods you can finish, then Apply Kit.

Questions about billing, ATS scores, and getting started live on the FAQ. Contact is for humans. About is for who we are and what we will not pretend to be.

FAQ

Is Resume.win a recruiting firm or job board?
Neither. We do not place candidates and we do not list jobs. You paste a JD you already found and finish Apply Kit. Employers still decide who gets a screen.
Who is Resume.win for?
Job seekers who will finish one tailored application per posting. Coaches and career centers who review the pack a client actually sent. Not people looking for a scraped feed of openings.
Where can I read how you measure results?
The proof page is the measurement contract. We do not publish fake interview rates. Public totals stay hidden until there are enough finished kits and logged outcomes.
Do you sell job-seeker data to employers?
No. Export or delete your data from settings. See the privacy policy and trust center for processors and legal detail.
