For career centers & bootcamps
One cohort link. Review the kit they actually sent.
Students paste a real posting, finish Apply Kit, and share an Apply Pack. You see the tailored resume, ATS notes, and cover — not a generic PDF from last semester.
Cohort pack: send this workshop signup link — each student gets 1 free kit. When they finish it, you can earn a bonus kit (cap 5).
Workshop-ready
15 minutes: paste a live JD, finish the kit, share the pack.
Bring-your-own posting
We don’t list jobs. Students use Handshake, LinkedIn, or a careers page.
Outcome logging
Reply / screen / offer so advising follows the version that works.
No invented placement rates
We will not claim interview guarantees. See /proof for how we measure.
How to try it this week
- Finish one Apply Kit on a posting a student would actually apply to.
- Share the Apply Pack in Slack or email the way they would.
- Forward the cohort link above, or email us for a named workshop.

For career centers, not a resume-builder landing
This URL is for directors, bootcamps, and workshop leads. Rank it for career-center and cohort intent. Do not treat it as a public resume builder. Students who want a personal kit should start on Apply Kit or signup. Independent coaches have /coaches.
The product is one finished application per student: paste a live JD, tailor, ATS, cover, mark Applied, share a pack. You review the artifact they would send an employer. That beats a lab of unused templates.
We will not claim interview or placement guarantees. /proof explains how we measure. If you need a number for a grant report, use the outcomes students log — not a marketing percentage from us. A workshop that ends with unused templates is a failed session; a workshop that ends with one submitted kit is the point.
How a cohort workshop actually runs
Fifteen minutes is enough for one kit if the JD is already on screen. Phone paste works. The Chrome extension is optional and often too much friction for a one-hour session.
When a student finishes a first kit from your link, you can earn a bonus kit (cap 5). That is a referral mechanic, not a placement bounty. Extra student kits still follow the same free-then-referral rules.
Email us for a named workshop if you need a dedicated cohort string. The outreach script in the repo is a starting draft — rewrite it in your voice. Phone paste works if the computer lab is locked down. Do not require unpacked Chrome installs for a one-hour class.
What we will not do for a career center
We will not scrape Handshake for you. We will not become your SIS. We will not publish fake first-destination rates. Inventory stays bring-your-own JD.
We will not replace 1:1 advising. The pack is something to talk about. Outcomes still belong to employers and to the student.
If you wanted a job board white-label, this is the wrong vendor. If you wanted students to finish one real application you can review, this is the page. Handshake, LinkedIn, and employer sites stay the inventory. We stay the kit.
How to use this page
- Finish one kit yourself. Use a posting a student would actually apply to so you can demo the loop.
- Share the cohort signup link. Each student gets one free Apply Kit. We do not list jobs — they bring Handshake, LinkedIn, or a careers page.
- Review the Apply Pack. See the tailored resume, ATS notes, and cover they sent — not last semester’s template.
- Log outcomes in advising. Reply, screen, or silence on that version. We do not invent placement rates.
FAQ
- How do career centers use Resume.win with a class?
- Send the cohort signup link on this page. Each student finishes one Apply Kit on a live posting and shares the pack. You review that packet. We do not list jobs.
- Do you publish placement or interview rates for schools?
- No. See /proof. Students can log reply and screen on the job they applied to. We will not invent a first-destination percentage for a flyer.
- Is this the same as the coaches page?
- No. /coaches is for independent coaches and Apply Pack review with clients. This page is cohort workshops and career-center advising. Different signup cohort, same kit loop.
- Must every student install the Chrome extension?
- No. Paste is enough for a workshop. The extension is optional for people who live on LinkedIn desktop. Do not block a session on unpacked install.
