For independent coaches, not a resume-builder landing

This URL is for independent career coaches and small practices. Rank it for coach-workspace and Apply Pack review. Do not treat it as a public resume builder. Seekers who want a personal kit start on Apply Kit. Career centers and bootcamps have /career-centers.

The product is the packet a client actually sent: one JD, a tailored resume, ATS notes, a cover, Applied. You stop reviewing a master file they blast to every company. You review the version that left the building.

A coach workspace lives under Dashboard → Coach after you are invited. Until then, the pack link is enough to try the loop with a colleague. We will not claim your clients get interviews because they used Resume.win. /proof is how we talk about numbers.

How client review actually works

Fifteen minutes is enough for one kit if the posting is on screen. Paste beats unpacked Chrome installs in a Zoom session. The extension is optional for clients who live on LinkedIn desktop.

When a referred client finishes a first kit from your link, you can earn a bonus kit (cap 5). That is a referral mechanic, not a placement bounty. Extra client kits still follow free-then-referral or a paid plan.

Outcome logging is the coaching surface. A rewrite without a logged reply is an opinion. A rewrite after a silent week on that exact version is a test. Ask clients to mark Applied and log the result before you spend another hour on adjectives.

What we will not do for a coaching practice

We will not scrape boards for your clients. We will not become your CRM of record if you already have one — My Jobs is the seeker’s tracker after Applied. We will not publish fake interview rates you can put on a sales page.

We will not replace 1:1 coaching. The pack is something to talk about. Judgment, positioning, and whether they should apply still belong to you and the client.

If you wanted a white-label job board, this is the wrong vendor. If you wanted to see the kit a client submitted and coach that artifact, this is the page. Email us for a named workspace when you have tried one pack yourself.

  3. Open the Apply Pack. Review the tailored resume, ATS notes, and cover for that job — the artifact they would send an employer.
  4. Coach from logged outcomes. Reply, screen, or silence on that version. Change the kit, not a template they never submitted.

How do career coaches use Resume.win with clients?

Is the coaches page the same as career centers?
No. This page is independent coaches and 1:1 pack review. /career-centers is cohort workshops and advising. Different signup cohort, same kit loop.
Do you guarantee interviews for coached clients?
No. See /proof. Clients can log reply and screen on the job they applied to. We will not invent a placement percentage for a coaching offer.
Where is the coach workspace?
Signed-in coaches use Dashboard → Coach after an invite. You can still review a shared Apply Pack without a workspace. Email us if you want seats.
