Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We've got answers.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — create a free account and run 1 full Apply Kit with no credit card. Upgrade anytime when you need more kits or Interview Pro mock interviews.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Pay for finished applies, not unused credits.

Free = 1 Apply Kit. Starter = every job. Interview Pro = mocks on that JD + resume.

Pay for more finished applies, not for a job board

Resume.win pricing is about how many Apply Kits you can finish and whether you want Interview Pro on a job you already submitted. It is not a fee to browse openings. We do not list jobs. You bring a posting from LinkedIn, Indeed, or a careers page.

The free plan is one full kit: tailor, ATS check, cover from that JD, mark Applied. That is enough to learn the loop. People who search “Resume.win pricing” should land here, not on a features dump that pretends every tool is a separate product you buy.

Extra kits come from referrals — when a friend finishes their first kit, cap five — or from Starter. Do not buy a plan to unlock a scraped feed. There is no feed.

If you only needed a free ATS score or job match, those tools work without an account. Saving the result as a kit and tracking the outcome is what the account is for.

What Starter and Interview Pro actually unlock

Starter is volume: more finished Apply Kits so the tracker holds a real search, not one lonely row. It does not raise a vanity ATS number. It does not promise a reply rate.

Interview Pro is practice on the JD and resume version you already sent. Mock after Applied, when a screen is booked or you want to rehearse that posting. It is not a generic question bank you rent by the month while you never apply.

Coach is for people who review client Apply Packs. Career centers use a cohort link. Those are partnership surfaces. They are not resume-builder landings and they are not a different pricing page.

Compare the cards on this page for current limits. Prices live in billing, not in this copy, so we do not freeze a dollar amount in search results that can go stale.

What a paid plan will not buy

It will not buy an interview. Screens belong to the employer. Proof stays a logged outcome. Public aggregates stay hidden until there is enough volume.

It will not buy a template gallery. Cover letters still come from one live JD inside Apply Kit. Skip the letter when the posting forbids it.

It will not buy placement or a recruiting desk. We do not represent you to employers. Contact is for support, not for “get me in front of hiring managers.”

Start free. Upgrade when you have another real posting or a booked screen. Cancel if you do not. That is the honest commercial page.

How to use this page

  1. Run the free Apply Kit. Sign up, paste a live JD, finish tailor → ATS → cover → Applied. No credit card.
  2. See whether one kit is enough. If you have another real posting, you need another kit. Referrals unlock extras when a friend finishes their first kit.
  3. Upgrade only for volume or mocks. Starter is more finished applies. Interview Pro is mocks on a JD you already submitted. Coach is for reviewing client packs.
  4. Cancel from billing settings. Access continues to the end of the period. Export your data anytime. We do not sell leftover credits as a score.

FAQ

What do I actually pay for on Resume.win?
More finished Apply Kits and, on Interview Pro, mocks tied to a JD you already applied to. Not a job board, not interview odds, not a folder of cover templates.
Is Interview Pro required to finish Apply Kit?
No. The free kit includes tailor, ATS, cover, and Applied. Interview Pro is practice after that loop, on that same job.
Do paid plans buy a higher chance of a screen?
No. We do not sell interview odds. Paid plans buy capacity and mocks. Outcomes still depend on the role and the employer.
How do referrals change what I pay?
When a friend finishes their first Apply Kit, you can unlock extra kits (cap five). That is how you get more than one kit without a card, if you prefer.
