Our Commitment

Resume.win is committed to making our Service accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as an ongoing goal, not a one-time checkbox. Career tools should be usable by as many seekers as possible.

2

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML and keyboard-navigable interactive controls where feasible
  • Visible focus states and readable contrast on primary interfaces
  • Text alternatives for meaningful icons and branding where applicable
  • Testing with keyboard navigation during major UI releases
3

Known Limitations

Some areas — such as rich resume previews, canvas charts, or third-party video interview embeds — may not yet meet every WCAG criterion. We prioritize fixes based on user impact.

4

Feedback & Assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email [email protected] with the page URL, assistive technology used, and a short description. We aim to respond within 5 business days and provide a reasonable alternative when needed.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate through applicable accessibility enforcement bodies in your jurisdiction. We prefer to resolve issues directly and promptly.
