A job-search CRM versus a kit-backed record
Huntr’s job is a pipeline: stages, contacts, notes, sometimes a resume attached to a card. That is a real CRM for people who already apply and need a board. We will not pretend kanban is useless. We will say a pipeline without the version you sent is how people lie to themselves.

We are not a job board. Huntr is not either, in the “we list requisitions we sold you” sense. Both expect you to bring openings. The split is what we require before a card counts: a finished loop, not a bookmark.

Contacts and networking tools exist behind sign-in. They are not a public spoke and not a Huntr clone on this page. We will not mint a thin /networking landing so this comparison can list another checkbox.

When to keep Huntr and when the columns are empty calories
Keep Huntr if your pipeline already reflects real submissions and your notes are honest. Switch when “wishlist” is the largest column and you cannot name the file that went out last Tuesday.
