Teal’s job is a job-search workspace: save postings, build resumes, write outreach, keep a pipeline. That is a real suite. People who like a side panel on LinkedIn and a kanban of saved roles are not wrong. We will not pretend we shipped every adjacent widget they have.
Resume.win’s extension has one job: on your click, send the active posting into Apply Kit. No background scrape. No job-board inventory. Privacy for that surface lives on /extension/privacy. Rank /extension for capture intent, not for “resume builder.”
The tracker is not the homepage of the product. You paste or import a JD, tailor, ATS-check, cover, mark Applied. Then status, the version you sent, follow-up dates, and outcomes sit on that same job. Drafts stay visible so you can finish them. A board of untouched bookmarks is the failure mode.

What the Chrome capture actually sends
URL, title, and job-description text — when you click Send. That is enough to start a kit. It is not enough to run a marketplace. We do not list openings. We do not sync Indeed for you. Bring the posting or capture it.
After import you still have to tailor. The extension is not an auto-apply bot. Auto-apply is how people blast a stale PDF. We refuse that. One kit, one JD, one Applied mark.
Coaches and career centers do not get a Teal-style shared inbox of every saved role. They get an Apply Pack: the exact kit the client submitted. Review happens on what was sent. Those pages stay /coaches and /career-centers.
Interview Pro still waits until a kit is finished. A mock on a posting you never applied to is a question bank. We sell practice on the JD you already used. Pricing is extra kits or mocks, not a job board seat.
When Teal is enough and when the board is lying
Stay on Teal if you like their writing UI and you actually mark roles submitted. Switch when the board is a graveyard of “interested” cards and you cannot remember which file went to which company.
Resume.win will not become Teal. We will not add a versus page for every Chrome career extension. This comparison owns Teal-alternative intent. The extension page owns install intent. Keep them split.

- Will you auto-apply from LinkedIn for me?
- No. Capture the JD, finish the kit, submit yourself. Auto-apply is how stale PDFs get blasted. We refuse that.
